In November I purchased my annual pass, went to the parks in December. I never received my annual passholder car magnet. Can I still get one and how? Will be going park to Walt Disney World in October

Hi, Wendy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder magnet since becoming a member of the Annual Passholder family. No worries, though, because you should be able to pick one up during your visit in October.

With the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival in full swing, there are lots of nifty merchandise and treats available for Passholders. When my family and I visited a couple of weeks ago, we were able to pick up our Annual Passholder magnets at Epcot’s Disney Traders. I know there will be a different magnet available during the Festival, but I apologize for not noting when the switch will occur. If I remember correctly, it will feature Remy from Disney’s Ratatouille.

I would recommend stopping by Guest Services while you’re at the Theme Parks to see if you can pick up one of the Mickey Mouse Annual Passholder magnets that typically come with a new pass. I do know that they were out of those for a time, though, and I’m not sure if they’ve been able to restock. There are also orange Annual Passholder sliders for your MagicBand that are typically a part of that welcome kit, too. Just inquire about the availability of those when you arrive.

I hope you have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Wendy! Make sure you check out the Special Offers page and the Dining, Merchandise, Events & Entertainment and Sports, Recreation & Spa discounts that are also available to you as an Annual Passholder.

In the meantime, please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you. Have a Magical day!
