    In November we are participating in several of the tour events. Caring for Giants, Up Close with Rhinos, Savor the Savanna, Behind the Seeds, and Keys to the Kingdom. Are the cast members leading these allowed to accept tips?

    Hi Pat!

    Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! Aside from table service dining, Disney Cast Members do not accept tips. However, there are other ways that you can show your appreciation! You can submit a compliment to a Cast Member through the My Disney Experience app. 

    To do this, log into the app and click on "Cast Compliment." From there, you can fill in all of the details, including the reason for the recognition, location, and Cast Member name. This is a great option because not only does the Cast Member receive recognition, but their supervisor will see the great job they are doing as well! You can also call 407-824-4321 or email wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com to submit a note of appreciation.
