Ahoy there, Maritess,
Welcome aboard planDisney! I know you are counting down the days until your
Disney Cruise Line vacation! Your cruise aboard the
Disney Magic sounds so dreamy, and I’m happy to help you make that dream come true.
A limited number of
strollers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. As soon as you board the ship, stop at the
Guests Services desk to request one. A security deposit is required and will be refunded once the stroller is returned after your cruise. And I have good news! Strollers may be used onboard and ashore while exploring ports of call. Remember, you need to park your stroller in your stateroom or the designated parking area on Deck 6 (midship) when not in use.
Now, your Port Arrival time, which is the time you arrive at the
Cruise Terminal before boarding the ship, is based on the time you can secure during the online check-in process. Once your cruise is paid in full, your online check-in date depends on your
Castaway Club membership status. If this is your first time sailing aboard Disney Cruise Line, you will check in 30 days before your departure date at midnight (EST). So, Maritess, you should be able to begin the online check-in process now under the
Already Booked tab on the
Disney Cruise Line website or with the My Online Check-In feature in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app under Next Steps. To expedite the process, I recommend that you read all the check-in details and gather the
required documents, credit card information and photographs for each family member in advance.
You and your family will have a magical time on your cruise! If you have other questions, please sail by again and let us know how we can assist you.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
