Hi, I've noticed that the times for meet & greets with Merida at the Fairytale Garden are no longer available on the app from March, does this mean they will no longer be happening? If so, is there anywhere else we could meet Merida please?

Welcome, Lassie Alison, to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

My husband is Scottish, so by default, Merida is one of our favorite Disney Princesses! We love her fire and spunk, but most of all, we are partial to her curly hair and triplet brothers. We love Brave so much that we named our dog, Hamish, after one of the boys!

I just checked her times guide, and it looks like her greeting times are listed through March 28th, which is consistent with the approximate six-week lead time that is typical at Walt Disney World Resort. I bet if you keep on refreshing the calendar over the next few days, you will have times for the totality of the month.

Besides a royal greeting at Fairytale Garden, you can see Merida and her brothers during the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. Their float is one of my favorites, as all the boys are tumbling about a giant bagpipe! You also will not want to miss the Scottish dancers, performing traditional Highland dances - they remind me of the Highland games back home.

You can find the times for the parade on your My Disney Experience app or online. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. ChEARs to your royal encounter!
