I noticed that some resturants require reservations & others suggest reservations. WDW 10-23-26. We would like to have dinner at 1900 Park fare and breakfast at Chef Mickey's but could not get reservations so late. Is it possible to walk-in & wait

    Hi Natalie,

Most Disney restaurants are extremely popular and are booked well in advance. Chef Mickey's and 1900 Park Fare are both character dining experiences which are always very popular. It is possible that there will be last minute cancellations or no-shows, so it is always a good idea to check for openings.

You can ask your resort concierge to check availability, call Disney Dining from your resort room phone or cell phone (407-939-3463), stop at the Guest Relations counter at the theme parks or of course stop by the hostess stand at the restaurants. If there are openings they will be able to accommodate you in that opening. Since both locations are located inside resorts, it may be inconvenient to travel to the restaurants without a reservation. While they may allow you to sit and wait for any possible no-shows, this  "show up and wait" approach is likely a waste of time.

    Good luck!
