    I noticed that online check in is now earlier depending on castaway club status (vs everyone 30 days prior). Are bookings for Royal Gathering still 30 days prior for everyone, or has that changed too depending on status?

    Allow me to be the first to extend a royal planDisney welcome to you! Thanks for visiting us with your regal question.

    I'm pleased to confirm that online check-in is now based on Castaway Club membership level, which allows Guests who have cruised more than once to make reservations for activities during the sailing in advance once their cruise balance is paid in full. This applies to the Royal Gathering bookings, too.

    The advanced booking window schedule is as follows:

    • First-Time Guests 75 days prior to sail date
    • Silver Castaway Club Member 90 days prior to sail date
    • Gold Castaway Club Member 105 days prior to sail date
    • Concierge Guests and Platinum Castaway Club Member 120 days prior to sail date.

    To book your activities online, simply navigate to My Reservations under the Already Booked tab. Then, select My Cruise Activities and View or Add Activities. From there, you will see a day-to-day itinerary to make your selections. Breanna, the Royal Gathering is a popular option so I recommend you make that reservation first, including checking out (though there is no additional charge), and then go back to select your other cruise activities. If reservations are no longer available, a limited number of tickets may be available on the first day of your cruise. Visit Guest Services once on board the ship to check for availability.
