I noticed not all Disney resorts offer a kids club. If we stay at one that does not,can we use one at another hotel?

Yes, absolutely. Guests of any of the WDW resort hotels are welcome to use the child care services at the Kids' Clubs located at any Disney hotel.

The Kids' Clubs are all located at deluxe resorts. They are staffed in the evenings (generally from 4:30 p.m. until midnight). Children ages 4 to 12 are accepted here. There are always at least two adults present in the room. You are given a beeper and they will take your cell phone number. There are other children there for your kids to play with. The centers have games, crafts, books, and movies. They will also serve your children dinner, which you select from a limited menu. I have left my children at the childcare centers at the Wilderness Lodge and the Beach Club several times, mostly because they saw the centers at the hotel and BEGGED to go there. They made friends with kids from other countries, played some cool games, and left with big sleepy smiles on their faces. Many of the other moms on the Panel have used the childcare centers at other hotels.

Reservations for the centers can be made through Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE. There is an hourly fee for this service.
