I just noticed that the MMNSSHP is happening some nights on our upcoming visit in Oct. We have a dinner reservation in the MK at 6:30 on one of these nights , but it looks like the park closes to all but those who have the wrist bands at 7pm. Is this true?

Don't worry about your dinner reservation, you'll be fine.

It is true that beginning at 7:00 p.m. only guests with tickets to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party will be admitted to the Magic Kingdom. However, guests who are already in the park won't be pushed out of the park. After 7:00 you will not be able to go on any rides in the park or participate in events like the Trick or Treating unless you are wearing a Party wristband, but you can certainly take your time about finishing your meal. Since you don't have MNSSHP tickets, you should leave the park when your meal is over.

If you would like to go on rides or participate in other parts of MNSSHP, you can buy tickets to the Party and will be given wristband.

    Enjoy your visit to WDW!
