I noticed that MK closes at 8pm on Sept 17 but they still have the fireworks...won't it be light out? Can you still see the fireworks? Thanks so much!

    Sandy,

The imagineers at Disney are very very talented, but I don't think they've figured out how to do fireworks in daylight quite yet. ;-)

According to www.sunrisesunset.com (yes, there really is a web site for this!), the sun will set at 7:28 pm on Sept 17.  By 8:00 pm (scheduled time for the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular) it will certainly be dark enough for the fireworks.

    Hope that helps.  ºoº

Bonus Tip:  I highly recommend watching the fireworks from the middle of the bridge to Tomorrowland (make sure you have a clear view of the castle).  This is a great spot for the fireworks AND to see Tinker Bell fly right overhead.
