    Hello! I’ve noticed my magic key is still active however my payment still hasn’t been pulled from my account, it’s past my normal payment day but my magic key is still good, do I need to pay manually?

    Oh, bother! I'm so sorry to hear that there may have been a little hiccup with your monthly Magic Key payment. I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member at the phone line for Magic Key holders. They will be able to access your account to see what might be happening and provide assistance. 

    I love being a Magic Key holder and enjoy all of the perks like discounts and exclusive offerings. If you aren't already, be sure to follow @disneylandmagickey on Instagram to stay up to date on the latest and greatest. There's also a portal for Magic Key holders in the Disneyland app that I like to check before and during my visits to make sure I'm not missing out on anything.
