I just received my Magic Key welcome package but my son didn't get his. How do I go about getting his sent out? Thank you!

Welcome to planDisney, Nancy. I am always happy to see a fellow Magic Key holder here!

Congratulations on joining Disneyland for a year of fun as a Magic Key Holder. You must be so excited! Be sure to check out the Magic Key Portal in the Disneyland Mobile App - it has so much information on special offerings, extras, and quick access to the Magic Key Park Reservation Calendar.

Nancy, I was recently in the same boat as you - my family of five Magic Key holders received magic mail for only four. Of course, the missing mail was mine! And although I wished they all arrived at the same time, my magic mail showed up a couple of months later. Magic Key mail tends to show up in the first 6 months after you purchase or renew your Magic Key. However, in some cases, it can take a bit longer. While I took the wait-and-see approach, as these mailings tend to be more random, you can also try and contact the Magic Key Holders phone line to see if they have more information.

I hope this sheds a bit of light on the situation. It can be hard to wait but hopefully, your pixie dust will arrive soon!

Thanks for stopping by, Nancy. Please visit us again soon!
