I noticed on the Disney Weddings website that you can have your reception outside Rockin' Roller Coaster. Just wondering that if there was maybe an option of paying a bit extra to have the ride open for the wedding guests to go on during the reception.

The Disney Weddings Department works incredibly hard to make sure that every couple getting married at WDW has the event of their dreams. I have heard that rides and attractions can be left open for private events. As for the "bit extra" part, my guess is that leaving a major attraction open for a private party would be a quite substantial amount extra, though really I have no idea about the pricing. For information about planning and pricing any wedding event you would need to speak directly with an associate at Disney Weddings (think Franck in "Father of the Bride").  You can reach them at 312-939-4610.

Good luck with your planning - I hope your special day is absolutely perfect!
