How much notice do you need to give for personalisation?

Hi Abbie! Thanks for dropping in with your planning question. Here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, it’s always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical visit.

When it comes to personalizing your magical keepsakes, you can visit a few locations around the Walt Disney World Resort. When visiting Disney Springs, you will find that Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories is the best place to have souvenirs embroidered. Depending on how many guests are waiting, your embroidery work could take just a few minutes and you can take it with you right away. If Cast Members are a bit busy with orders, they may ask you to come back to pick up your goods in a few hours.

If you’re having goods personalized at locations in Epcot or Magic Kingdom Park, you can arrange for your theme park merchandise to be taken to the entrance for convenient pick-up as you exit the park. Just let the friendly Cast Member at checkout know that you’d like to take advantage of this service.

If you’re a guest at a Disney Resort hotel, you can always have your souvenirs delivered to your hotel, so you don’t have to carry them around with you. Just let the retail clerk know that you’d like to use this service while you’re checking out and the arrangements can be made very easily. Staying within the magic really does have its advantages!

Abbie, I hope you have a wonderful Autumn visit. Don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions!
