Not staying at the resorts, but would like to bring our 97yr old father for lunch. What restaurant do you recommend at Beach & Yacht or anywhere. Must be Handicap accessible. Thank you

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Rebecca! I am so excited to hear you want to dine at one of the restaurants at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question today!

The first option I recommend is Ale & Compass Restaurant at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. It has quickly become one of my family's favorite restaurants. The food is delicious, and the value can't be beat! It is on the first floor of the Yacht Club, and your servers should be able to accommodate your dad with ease. The next option is over at Disney's Beach Club Resort: Beaches & Cream Soda Shop!  I was able to try this restaurant on my most recent visit, and I believe they have one of the best burgers on Walt Disney World property! I love the whimsical seaside decor of this restaurant too. This restaurant is located outside of the lobby of Beach Club, over by Stormalong Bay, and should also be able to accommodate your dad as well. Your visit is "just around the riverbend", so make sure you make your Advanced Dining Reservations as soon as possible! You can make reservations online or on your My Disney Experience mobile app.

Rebecca, I hope this information was helpful today! Thank you again for visiting planDisney. I hope your lunch date with your dad is wonderful, and that your visit to Walt Disney World is full of magic and pixie dust!

    Magic Awaits!
