I am not staying on property. I read that I can still stay later for the EMH but can not ride any rides. Can I get into Fantasmic ? Its not a ride so not sure how that works. Thanks

Hi there, Tracy! One of the perks of being a Walt Disney World resort guest is having the opportunity to enjoy Extra Magic Hours. This bonus hour in the morning or up to two hours in the evening gives resort guests a chance to visit attractions that may have lengthy lines during regular theme park hours.

In the morning, cast members will scan MagicBands as a way to confirm you are a resort guest. In the evening, however, although you won't be asked to leave the theme park, MagicBands will be scanned at every attraction - including rides and shows - and theme parks guests that are not staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel will not be able to gain admission to any of the attractions open during Extra Magic Hours.

Good news for you, though! Fantasmic! takes place at least once nightly at Disney's Hollywood Studios during regular theme park hours. That means that even if you are not a resort guest, you'll still be able to enjoy the show.

Thanks for your great question, Tracy!
