Hi Kerri!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're glad you stopped by with your question.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my favorite Special Event at Walt Disney World Resort. My family loves to trick-or-treat throughout Magic Kingdom Park and enjoy the unique entertainment offerings such as Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade, The Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet and the Halloween fireworks spectacular. Be sure to check out the
enhancements and debut of “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” coming to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in 2019. So fun!
Although the party officially begins at 7:00 p.m., Guests have historically been allowed to enter
Magic Kingdom Park beginning at 4:00 p.m. with their Special Event ticket. In fact, I have attended this "not-so-scary" event many times in the past and have always entered the park at 4:00 p.m. with my special admission ticket. I have not seen any official information being released stating the 2019 parties will be different in regards to what time Guests will be allowed to enter Magic Kingdom Park; however, park rules and operating hours are always subject to change. Unless an official announcement is made before the first party this year, I would anticipate that Guests will still be able to enter the park beginning at 4:00 p.m.
I hope this is helpful, Kerri. Let us know if you have any new questions. We would love to assist you again in planning a
spooktacular trip!
Jodie
