Hi Jose,
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your tickets and reservations, and I'd be happy to share some tips to help turn your Disney dreams into a reality!
First, I'd encourage you to check the
availability calendar. It could simply be that the parks are already going to be at their capacity limits for the day, and no more reservations may be made at this time. If that's the case, please don't give up! Keep checking back as Guests' plans change all the time and it's possible that availability will open up. The other suggestion I have for you is to make sure that your
theme park tickets are linked to your
Disney account properly. If the system doesn't realize that you've already purchased theme park tickets, it won't let you make a reservation. Next, please make sure that your tickets are currently valid for admission and do not have any restrictions during this first phase of the
reopening. For example, some complimentary tickets may not be valid for admission at this point. Finally, if none of these seem to be the issue, and you're still having trouble making your park reservations, please feel free to
reach out to a friendly Cast Member for assistance.
I'm sending pixie dust that you're able to get your plans all straightened out, Jose, so you can enjoy a
Disneyland Resort visit soon! Magic and memories are waiting for you!
Missy
