We are not renting a car and prefer NOT to use ride sharing services during COVID. I'm wondering about using the Skyliner before park openings for breakfast at Yacht Club from Pop or for an evening meal at Riviera. What are the Skyliner hours?

Welcome to planDisney, Janelle. It is so great to hEAR from you.

Janelle, without a doubt one of the biggest advantages of staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort is convenient access to the Disney Skyliner. Nothing starts my day out right quite like hopping aboard my own gondola and being whisked away for a day of fun.

Operating hours for the Disney Skyliner are subject to change, so I recommend that you check with your resort upon your arrival. Generally speaking; however, the Disney Skyliner begins operations 30 minutes to an hour before the theme park opens to around an hour and a half after a theme park closes. Please note that this does mean that EPCOT line of the Disney Skyliner may have different operating hours from the Hollywood Studios line. Be sure to check out the Disney Skyliner map to know exactly which line you need to be on.

Janelle, because of the variable operating hours, using the Disney Skyliner to travel between Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's Yacht Club Resort may be a little challenging if you are attempting to finish breakfast before the theme parks open. If you eat early enough you may be able to take advantage of the Disney Skyliner for dinner at Disney's Riviera Resort, but I would make sure that you give yourself plenty of time to make it back to your resort before the end of the Disney Skyliner operating hours.

Janelle, if you do not want to use a ride share service or a taxi, I would recommend that you bring your own car. Did you know that even though you will be subject to a resort parking fee, parking at the theme parks is complimentary for guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel?

I hope that this helped, Janelle. Please come back here to planDisney if we can help as you plan your magical vacation!

    See you real soon!
