If we do NOT purchase the dining plan, can we charge any meals we may have while visiting to our WDW resort bill rather than pay cash?

Hi Jacqueline! You sure can!  When you check in to your Disney resort, the castmember will give you the option to place a credit card number on file and activate charging privileges on your room key, also known as your "Key to the World" card.  If you take advantage of this option, then you can charge your meals at the restaurants in the parks and the Disney Resorts on your room key, and you won't need to carry cash. All the charges will appear on your resort bill for you to review prior to checking out of the hotel.

Hope you have a fantastic time!
