Hey there, Jeremy!
I'm absolutely delighted to welcome you to planDisney! It sounds like you're putting together such a fun and magical Walt Disney World vacation...how wonderful! There's truly nothing quite like that feeling of walking through the parks, hearing the music, spotting your favorite characters, and knowing you're about to make memories that will last a lifetime.
And I just love that you're thinking about adding a
character dining experience to your plans! These meals are such a perfect mix of delicious food, lively atmosphere, and unforgettable interactions. Plus, they're one of the best ways to meet a bunch of beloved Disney characters in a more relaxed setting — no need to wait in long lines! Whether you're laughing with Mickey and friends or chatting with your favorite princesses, character dining brings a touch of extra pixie dust to any Disney day!
Unfortunately, if your ticket doesn't include the Park Hopper option, you'll only be able to visit one theme park per day. This means you wouldn't be able to head to another park just for a dining reservation. So, if your plans have you spending the day at
Magic Kingdom, that's where your park entry would remain for the day.
The good news is that Magic Kingdom has some super magical character dining experiences of its own! One of the most popular is
Cinderella's Royal Table, an unforgettable princess dining experience located right inside Cinderella Castle...it's hard to imagine anything more enchanting! Another fantastic option is
The Crystal Palace, where you can enjoy a delicious buffet while meeting Winnie the Pooh and his friends in a bright, cheerful setting.
And if you'd like to dine with Mickey, Minnie, and the rest of the gang, you won't have to go far!
Chef Mickey's is just a quick and easy monorail ride away at the
Contemporary Resort.
Just a friendly reminder that dining reservations open 60 days in advance of your visit. If you're staying at a
Disney Resort, you can make your reservations for the entire length of your stay (up to 10 days) starting 60 days before your arrival.
All other Guests can begin booking 60 days prior to the date they'd like to dine. You can easily make reservations right on the
Walt Disney World website or through the
My Disney Experience app, where you can search for times, see what's available, and keep your plans organized in one place!
Jeremy, I hope this information helps, and you have the most magical visit to the most magical place! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney!
Bon Appétit!
