Hi Tiffany,
Thanks for stopping by with your question. I love that you have plans to dine on
Disney's BoardWalk soon! Between the incredible seafood at Flying Fish, the delicious spread at
Trattoria al Forno (don't miss the Al Forno Eggs for breakfast or the Red Wine-braised Short Rib at dinner), and all the sparkly entrees, desserts, and cocktails at
The Cake Bake Shop Restaurant (I'm
still thinking about the Cinnamon Toast Brioche Bites I tried last visit), it's truly one of my favorite dining destinations.
I understand that you'll need access to an ECV during your visit, and while these are available for rental at each of Walt Disney World Resort's theme parks and water parks, they can't be removed from the destination where they were rented. Thankfully,
Disney Featured Provider ScooterBug offers rentals for use at resorts and on Walt Disney World Transportation. However, as my pal Elaine discovered in her recent research for another guest,
ScooterBug can only deliver to a resort where you are a registered guest.
If you are staying nearby, you are welcome to contact ScooterBug directly to see if they can deliver to other off-property locations. You can also request to meet the delivery agent at the
Disney Springs Sundries rental location near the Town Center bus loop. This way, you can get a little shopping done before boarding the complimentary bus transportation to
Disney's BoardWalk Inn for your dining reservation.
I hope you're able to get plans settled and on your way to a fabulous meal. If you need additional guidance or dining recommendations, please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
