Memory Maker for my Walt Disney World Resort vacations. That way I get unlimited downloads of all my on-ride
Disney PhotoPass photos, as well as photos captured with Disney PhotoPass photographers. It seems that every visit there are new
Magic Shots and other great photo opportunities. Photos that capture our magical memories make the best souvenirs!
To make sure your Memory Maker has been linked to your account, you'll want to sign in on the
My Disney Experience website. (You won't be able to view your Memory Maker entitlement using the
My Disney Experience mobile app.) Use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to select "My Plans" and then scroll down to where you see the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" banner. Just under the banner on the left side, click on the blue "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" link. You should see any Memory Maker purchases at the bottom of the list. If your entitlement is not there, you may need to
link your Memory Maker purchase to your account using the ID number or order number found in your confirmation email. If that doesn't work,
try giving the Disney PhotoPass team a call at (407) 560-4300 or stop in a Disney PhotoPass Service Center in the parks during your visit. You can provide the email address associated with your account to a helpful Cast Member, and they'll be able to look up the information in your account.
