Hannah, welcome to planDisney!
I’m a
Magic Key holder too, and I may have a trick to share that will help you locate your email confirmation. After purchasing your Magic Key, you should have received an email from dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com with a link to your Magic Key barcode. But if you have other emails in your inbox from the
Disneyland Resort, it can be hard to find the specific email you need. That is why whenever I need to locate my Magic Key confirmation email, I search my inbox for “Magic Key Activation,” which is usually the only email that comes up.
By the way, make sure you check the purchase date of your Magic Key. You must activate your Magic Key by entering a Disneyland Resort theme park within one year of the purchase date; otherwise, the Magic Key expires. Should your Magic Key be expired, you may contact a Cast Member via phone for further assistance.
Enjoy your year of Disney Magic, and please come back with more questions, should you have them.
Sincerely,
Lola
