Hey there, hi there, Amanda! Welcome and thank you for bringing us your question.
I know for my family, a big part of visiting
Walt Disney World is being able to dine at the different resorts or visit to see what might be new or interesting at the various
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. During your stay, for example,
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has an incredible display of chocolate Easter eggs and a little cottage in the lobby from where you can purchase some Easter treats.
Under regular circumstances, anyone is welcome to visit the resorts, and guests stopping just for a meal or to do some shopping can park for free. However, if you are driving into a resort, you will need either a
confirmed resort reservation or a dining reservation. Since you are not a guest at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort, and the resort doesn't have a table service
dining experience that requires a reservation, you won't be able to drive into the resort.
However, you CAN use
Walt Disney World Resort and Theme Park Transportation to gain access to the resort - also at no charge. If you're at EPCOT, use the Skyliner to head over to Art of Animation. You can use bus transportation from any of the theme parks. You can use the resort bus from
Disney Springs. So go, enjoy the pizza, see the sights, and enjoy!
Have a wonderful time, Amanda.
Anna
