Welcome to planDisney, Ya'vette! We appreciate you taking the time to send in your question.
Mickey sure is sad that your grandson wasn't able to visit last year, but we are so glad you are planning another trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! According to
Disney's eTicket Terms and Conditions, theme park admission is nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash, so, unfortunately, you won't get a credit towards your account. But I have good news!
Disneyland theme park tickets are usually valid for an extended period of time. As long as they remain unused and are not expired, your tickets simply stay linked to your account.
1. Let's make sure about your tickets. Click the 3-line menu and then the Tickets/Passes box in your
Disneyland Mobile app...hopefully, you will see your tickets linked there.
2. Click on the plus sign at the bottom center of the app screen. When you click on
Make Theme Park Reservations, you will be asked to select the tickets that you want to use. You just need to follow the screen prompts and check the box next to the tickets you want to make your theme park reservation for.
3. If you run into any troubles, call the Cast Members at the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at (714) 781-4636. Even if your tickets are expired, they may be able to apply the value towards your new purchase, but this would need to be done over the phone.
I hope this helps, Ya'vette! Check out the
Disneyland Resort Halloween Guide for some SPOOK-tacular ideas for your grandson. See ya real soon!
