Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Johanna! I am so glad that you brought your question here for us to answer.
Disney PhotoPass Service is a great way to keep those cherished memories from your
Walt Disney World vacation. I love capturing my kid’s faces on rides, greeting Characters, and in some of the prime PhotoPass locations. The newest additions to the Disney PhotoPass Service, Magic Shots, are tons of fun and I had the opportunity to capture some really incredible images while in
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at
Disney’s Hollywood Studios during my last vacation. In my opinion, purchasing
Memory Maker a Disney PhotoPass Product is the best value, as you receive unlimited downloads of your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos. If you purchased Memory Maker in the park, you may need to link Memory Maker to your Disney account before you can begin downloading photos.
In order to download all of your Disney PhotoPass photos, you will want to visit the Disney PhotoPass website by selecting “My Photos” under
My Disney Experience. Once on the Disney PhotoPass website, you will need to hover over a picture, making a grey circle with a check mark appear in the upper right-hand corner. Select that check mark which will then make it turn green. At the top of the screen you will then see “Cancel” and “Download” options and just below, a little square, that will allow you to select all. Before downloading, scroll down to the bottom of the screen until all of your pictures have loaded, making sure that the check marks are green and all of the photos have been selected. You may then download all of your images. Be sure to check out some of the
fun personalized product options.
I hope that you enjoy reliving your magical memories through your Disney PhotoPass photos! Please stop back by if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions.
