    Do you not except American express to purchase park tickets?

    Hi there, Janet!

    I just purchased a few theme park tickets, and when I went to check out, I was presented with American Express as a credit card option for payment. 

    If you are having issues getting your transaction to go through, I recommend that you reach out to your bank to see if something on their end is blocking the sale. 

    If they say that all is good to go, you can always call (407) 939-7679, for help from the friendly Cast Members. 

    Oh, Janet, once you purchase your theme park tickets do not forget to make your Disney Park Pass system reservations.
