Hi there, Christopher! As a new owner at
Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, I am totally in love with this incredible resort. It feels like a two in one vacation - a warm, Florida sunshine kind of vacation, plus the woodsy, Pacific Northwest, rustic vacation.
If you are a guest of a
Disney Vacation Club member, meaning you are using DVC points, there isn't daily housekeeping. They will perform daily trash removal at your villa, and on day 4 of your stay, they pop in to replenish soaps and shampoos, freshen your supply of bathroom tissue and paper towels, and in a villa with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, they will give you new soap for those as well. You will also get fresh towels on day 4. If you are staying longer than 7 nights, your fourth day will also be a full cleaning day, including a change of bed linens.
Guests using DVC points will typically have a towel for each member of their party, up to the maximum number of guests allowed in each villa. If your villa accommodates 4 people, you will have bath towels to cover four people. In an 8 person villa, you will have towels for 8. Additional towels can be requested for an additional fee.
If you are not using DVC points, but paying cash instead, you would be entitled to the same daily services to which any hotel guest is entitled. You'll have housekeeping each day, with fresh towels brought each time. Soaps and shampoos are replenished daily, and if your villa has a washing machine and dish washer, you'll get soap for that as needed.
Thanks for your question!
