Hi there, Ron!
I am so happy that you stopped by and I am here to help you plan the most magical vacation possible.
It sounds like you already have your vacation booked at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Your family will love the incredible theme and spectacular location of this resort. It is one of my little ones' favorites.
The first thing that you will want to do once your tickets have been purchased is to
link them to your
My Disney Experience Account. When you purchased your vacation package, they should have linked automatically, but if not, you should have been emailed a confirmation code to link. If you are unable to link your tickets, the friendly cast members at (407) 939-5277 should be able to offer some assistance.
Once your tickets are booked, hover over your name in the top right portion of the website, where it says "My Disney Experience." Then select "
Disney Park Pass System." If you haven't logged in yet, you will be prompted to do so. Once you are on this page you can select "Make a Reservation." On the next page, you can select the members of your party, and the day that you would like to visit, then select your theme parks. Currently, Disney Park Pass system reservations are only available through mid-January of 2023.
To
make dining reservations, make sure that you are logged into your My Disney Experience Account and select "things to do" on the top horizontal menu of the website. You can then select "Make Reservations." Ron, I think that the meal that you are talking about is
Cinderella's Royal Table, located inside Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom. Reservations for this meal can be booked up to 60-days before your date of check-in, and they do go fast. If you didn't snag one 60-days in advance, do not worry! These reservations are updated in real-time, so keep checking! I found that by checking multiple times a day, especially a day or two before we leave, I am usually able to get a reservation.
Now the Frozen show,
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, can NOT be missed. It is located in Disney's Hollywood Studios and included in the price of your admission, so no extra tickets are needed! You can find the showtimes posted in your My Disney Experience Mobile App, or posted in front of the attraction once you enter the theme park. This show does fill up, so I recommend that you arrive about 45 minutes in advance to get a great seat.
I hope that this gave you a bit of guidance, Ron. I know that planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation can seem overwhelming at first, simply because there is so much to do! We here at planDisney are always here to help answer any questions you may have.
See you real soon!
