Welcome to planDisney, Cara! We're glad you took the time to visit us and send in your question. Planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is a lot of fun until you hit a speedbump. Let's see if we can get things ironed out!
As long as everyone in your traveling party is on your
Family & Friends List and you all have valid theme park admission, you should be able to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. First, try to make Park Passes for the rest of your party, then go back and make one for yourself. Sometimes it depends on the type of ticket you have and if it differs from the rest of your party. This happened to me recently when I was making Park Pass reservations over the holidays; I kept getting the error message because I have an Annual Pass and the rest of my family had regular base day tickets.
It could also have something to do with "ticket prioritization." If you have multiple tickets or passes registered under your name, the system could be automatically prioritizing the wrong one. That would result in it thinking that you're not eligible to visit (I've had this happen to me before when I had a complimentary ticket with block-out dates in my account). In your
My Disney Experience app, select "Tickets & Passes" and look for the non-conforming ticket (the one that doesn't match your resort reservation). You might be able to fix it yourself by reassigning that rogue ticket temporarily, but this can be tricky. It might be easiest to speak with a Cast Member from the
Internet Help Desk directly to get this sorted out at (407) 939-4357. Be sure you pack your patience, as call volumes have been heavy lately; I like to call right when the phone lines open at 7 AM EST.
Tinkerbell is sending some pixie dust your way, Cara, in the hopes that you get your Park Pass Reservations soon! Please write back if there's anything else I can do for you!
