    I can not access my memorie card to my magic band please shelp!

    Welcome to planDisney, Kristen! I see that you have a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort coming up! You are going to have a wonderful holiday visit!

    It sounds like you are trying to link your Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account. Whatever it is that needs linking, this webpage will help you do it! You have the option to link theme park tickets, Disney Resort Collection hotel reservations, Memory Maker and even dining reservations to your account. It's super user friendly!

    Once all of your vacation elements are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can manage your plans right from the palm of your hand with the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone.
