    I am not able to find my reservation at the Swan hotel. I need help please.

    Hi there, Roger!

    I stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel not too long ago, so I am happy to help you with a few tips and tricks to make sure that your reservation is confirmed and linked to your My Disney Experience account

    Roger, the first thing that you will want to know is that the confirmation number that you received when you booked your stay may not be the confirmation number that you need to link your resort stay to your My Disney Experience account. You see, if you booked through a third party, they are providing their internal system's confirmation number and not the Disney confirmation number. 

    Not to fear, this is easily fixed. Since I booked my stay through a third party, I called up the Walt Disney World Swan hotel and they were able to give me the confirmation number that I needed over the phone. When you call the hotel, make sure that you have the dates of your stay and the name of the primary party on your reservation. 

    Once you receive this confirmation number, either over the phone or through your confirmation email, all you need to do is link that reservation to your My Disney Experience account. Once you do that, you can view your reservation under "My Plans."
