    I am not able to attend sweetheart night 2024 due to a family emergency, can I changed my sweetheart night ticket to a regular ticket for later in the year?

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney, I'm happy you are here. However, I'm so sorry to hear of your family emergency and how that has impacted your ability to attend Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts' Nite. I am sending you and your family positive vibes and well wishes. 

    Sweethearts' Nite is a special event ticket and is subject to different terms than a regular admission ticket when it comes to the value exchange. Unfortunately per the guidelines, these tickets' value cannot be put towards the purchase of a regular theme park admission ticket. I'm so sorry! You can always reach out to Ticket Services, due to your circumstances, but there is no guarantee for accommodations. I truly wish I had a different answer for you and hope that you're able to enjoy some Disneyland Resort magic real soon.
