Is it normal for you to receive an email about your flight after booking through Disneys website? its so scary with hackers its hard to trust these days!

Hi there, Bailee! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Once you book for flights as part of a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation package, you will receive at least two emails, although you may receive more as your vacation date approaches. The first of these will be from Walt Disney World and includes all the details of your package, including your flight information. You will also receive an email from the airline itself confirming your flight information. If you have not received an email confirmation, I would suggest that you call Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 939-5277 to confirm your information and have them resend the email.

Bailee, I know that you are greatly concerned with information privacy, and the Walt Disney World Resort makes concerted efforts to protect your privacy, including the encrypting of data, where applicable, including your MagicBand

I hope that this helped put your mind at ease, Bailee, and please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical getaway!
