hi there. what is the norm in weather down in the carribean in march as we a set sailing on mar.2 '13

Maria, welcome aboard! You don't need to worry about chilly temperatures in the Caribbean in March. It's a great time to sail to Grand Cayman, Cozumel and many of the other ports on Disney's ships. You'll find the average temperatures in March to be mid-70's to mid-80's in most of the port areas.

On the ship while you're at sea, however, the temperature tends to be a few degrees cooler than your port, and you'll notice it's a bit breezier too, which can make it feel cooler. Evenings onboard are when I get a bit chilly, but I usually just throw an extra sweater or light jacket in my suitcase, and that has been all I've needed.

Check the weather for your exact ports online about a week before you sail, and you should get a more accurate prediction, so you'll be all set.

Have fun planning the rest of your cruise, and please let me know if you have any other questions before you sail, Maria!
