I have a non-expiring ticket that has 3 days left and I will be buying another ticket for 2 days for a September trip. Can I link both tickets to same guest on the My Disney Experience or do I need to create two users for each ticket?

    Hi Hector!

Being able to link tickets to your My Disney Experience account makes a Walt Disney World Resort vacation seem like it's getting so much closer!  That is when you really start to feel like you can plan the details!  You can definitely link more than one ticket to a single guest.  Just go to your My Disney Experience account online or on the My Disney Experience mobile app, where you will see a place to link your tickets!  Follow the instructions to find the correct numbers you will need to enter to link both of your tickets, and then you should see both tickets available on your account!  If your older ticket was purchased before 2010, you may need to call for assistance with linking your ticket.

If you plan to use all of your tickets on the same trip, you shouldn't have any problems, but if you would like to make sure that you use one ticket before the other, you can visit Guest Relations and have them "prioritize" one ticket over the other.  This means that when you go to the turnstiles to scan your tickets and enter the parks, the ticket that you want to use first will be the one that is used.  You should also be able to locate a Cast Member at the turnstiles who should be able to help!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
