Hi William!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I have good news for you.
Disney Vacation Club Villas are able to be booked by the general public! There are a select number of rooms that are available to be booked through the Central Reservations Office. To book a Villa, you can either use the Walt Disney World website, use a Travel Agent or call Disney to make a reservation. Certain Villas including Grand Villas and the new Bungalows at the Polynesian Village Resort cannot be booked online due to their popularity and very limited availability, so you must call to check availability for these villa types.
If you have never stayed in a Disney Vacation Club Villa, I must warn you that once you have experienced the additional space and amenities available, you may never want to go back to a standard room again! After staying in a 2 Bedroom Villa with my three children, having the full kitchen and the washer and dryer, as well as being able to put the kids down for the night while my husband and I were able to stay up and watch television, I knew we had to be come Disney Vacation Club Members. I hope you enjoy your stay at the Walt Disney World Resort, and if you have additional questions as you decide on your resort or as you make plans for your vacation, feel free to stop back to visit us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Wishing you Pixie Dusted Planning!
