No longer want the memory maker package that I paid for

Hello, Joanne, and welcome to planDisney!

I see that you'll be traveling to Walt Disney World Resort later this month. How exciting! If you plan on visiting Epcot, be sure to immerse yourself in the arts at Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts. There are clever photo ops located throughout World Showcase that allow you to "step into" famous works of art like da Vinci's Mona Lisa and van Gogh's Café Terrace at Night.

Our family has purchased Memory Maker for a number of visits to Walt Disney World. We love making memories at the Most Magical Place on Earth and having our Disney PhotoPass photos, videos, and fun Magic Shots available to download is a great benefit.

According to the Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions online, "Memory Maker is non-refundable (except if purchased as part of a Disney Resort Hotel package) and non-transferable. When purchased as part of a Disney Resort Hotel package, Memory Maker is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the Disney Resort Hotel package."

To see if you qualify, I would suggest speaking with a Disney PhotoPass Cast Member at (407) 560-4300. You may also call (407) 939-5277 for assistance with your resort and package bookings and tickets.

If you have any other questions before your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World, please stop back by planDisney.

    Have a magical day!
