I have no idea how to plan, add or coordinate with family members.

Hiya, Judy! I'm so glad you found the trail of pixie dust that Tinker Bell left out for you and followed it back to planDisney!

It sounds like you're making plans to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of year! You're sure to have an extra special trip as you share it with your family. But before we can get you standing in Cinderella Castle, let's take a few steps to help you connect with your travel party!

    1. Ask any Guests in your travel party to make their own My Disney Experience account first. In my opinion, having your own My Disney Experience account makes it easier to manage your own reservations, making planning together as easy as bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!
    2. After you've made your own My Disney Experience account, log in online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Family & Friends
    3. Click "Add a Guest" to add the first Guest to your Family & Friends List. Personally, I've found the best experience when choosing the option that says, "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation."
    4. Each Guest will be able to accept this invitation on their end through an email, which will connect you through My Disney Experience.
    5. Continue to follow these steps until you've successfully added each Guest in your travel party.
Once you've connected with all Guests in your Family & Friends List, it's easy to continue to make your plans for your magical vacation! Be sure that everyone has made their Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step to make sure you've reserved the parks you wish to visit for each day of your trip. Also, know that you're able to make advance dining reservations starting 60 days prior to your arrival! For you, that would most likely be on October 19. I like to be ready between 5:45 - 6:00 AM EST on the day I'm able to make my reservations. And if you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you'll be able to make these reservations beginning 60 days prior to your arrival for the length of your trip (up to 10 days)!

If you have any other questions, I hope you visit us again! After all, you've got a friend in me.

    To infinity and beyond!
