    Hi. The nights that it is Mickey not so scary, is it true that you have to leave the park at 7pm unless you purchase an additional 68 dollar ticket for the party? I was told that was the case. Is this correct?

    Hi, Elizabeth! Yes, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party requires a separate admission ticket. Magic Kingdom closes to regular, day Guests at 7:00, and the party festivities begin. Guests attending the party are given a special wristband that distinguishes them from Guests without party tickets. Only those with wristbands are allowed to stay inside Magic Kingdom after the 7:00 party start time. Let me encourage you to consider joining the party that is my family's favorite special event. The Magic Kingdom is decked out in its Halloween finest - including ghosts on Main Street, U.S.A. Characters sport their costumes, too.  Guests of all ages attend in costume, but it isn't required.  Because the number of Guests is limited, you can ride almost every attraction during the party time frame, especially if you follow my family's lead and skip the Trick-or-treat locations. Happy HalloWishes is the holiday-themed fireworks presentation that you can only see on party nights.  The Boo-to-You parade is one of my family's favorites. Watch for the Haunted Mansion Cast Members; they are my favorite part.
