On a 6 night western Halloween on Fantasy on what night do they hold dress up (formal or semi formal), Pirate and Halloween? I heard semi-formal is night 2, confirm? Other 2?? Thanks!!

Welcome aboard, Wendy! Thank you very much for sailing on in with your question.

Disney Cruise Line does a phenomenal job celebrating special occasions, and Halloween on the High Seas is no exception. With spooktacular special activities and ghoulishly gorgeous Halloween decor, it's a not-so-scary fright fest.

Wendy, I can tell you one thing with relative certainty - there's nothing certain about any of the specially themed nights or dress-up nights on Disney Cruise Line. Your first night is almost certainly cruise casual. That will give you time to get settled, unpack bags, and get your sea legs. Pirate night tends to be on night 4 or 5, but this is never set in stone.

You will usually see a formal night on a sea day. A lot of people like to go all out, so they might book an appointment at the spa for a little pampering or a new hairstyle or maybe get a few formal family photos. Because you have two other special nights, with Halloween and pirates, you may see one of those on a sea day as well.

The actual nights that each of the special events takes place can be found on your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you've boarded the beautiful Disney Fantasy. There is a lot of flexibility when the special nights are, and they can literally change from one itinerary to the next. Check as soon as you get on the ship.

    Have fun!
