We're going on a 7 night Mex Riviera cruise on the Wonder in Oct.What wld be the best night to dine at Palo so we wouldnt miss out on any theme dinners?Any recommendations which seating is best for a 6 & 2&1/2 yr old so they can enjoy the pm shows?

    Ahoy Angela!
Your "Wonder"ful cruise adventure is just around the corner!  Before you know it you will be hearing the words "Welcome Aboard" and your vacation will be underway to the gorgeous Mexican Riviera!
A dinner at Palo is one of my favorite cruise activities on Disney Cruise Line, and I definitely recommend a meal in this Disney exclusive restaurant.  To help you plan, here is a rundown of what you can expect on your sailing, but scheduling is always subject to change-Day One-Cruise Casual, Day Two-Formal Night, Day Three-Cruise Casual, Day Four-Cruise Casual, Day Five-Pirate Night, Day Six-Semi-Formal Night, and Day Seven-Cruise Casual.
Main seating is scheduled for 5:45pm each evening followed by the show at 8:30pm.  Second seating begins at 8:15pm and the show precedes dinner at 6:15pm.  The shows usually last around 50-55 minutes.  I have tried both, but when my kids were younger we always chose the earlier seating because it seemed to work best with our daily schedule.
I hope my answers help with your planning, Angela!  Please write back if you think of anything else before your October sail away!
    Have a magical day!
