Hi April,
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question! I know you and your family are looking forward to your December getaway. When my daughters were young, we loved taking a pre-holiday vacation. You've inspired me to give that meaningful tradition another try!
I confirmed with a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member that for your closed-loop (departing and returning to the same port) Bahamian cruise,
all documents, including passports, must be valid for the entire length of your cruise. So, no worries that your daughter's passport is expiring after your cruise is complete. I recommend renewing her passport when you return home from your cruise so you can begin planning your next adventure!
Your
Very Merrytime Cruise aboard Disney Wish will be so festive! Make sure to check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app as soon as you board the ship to discover all the jolly activities in store for you. I like to select the heart icon next to activities I don't want to miss so the app will remind me 15 minutes beforehand. I especially love meeting Captain Minnie in her holiday attire!
April, I hope this information sets your mind at ease. You will be on your merry way before you know it!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
