Welcome aboard, Jennifer! It sounds like you have a magical Disney Dream cruise coming up soon! That will be a great introduction to cruising with Captain Mickey and his crew, and even thought it's only three nights, they certainly pack in lots of magic!
There will be plenty of activities and
dining open when the ship docks in Nassau. Typically Cabanas buffet is open for breakfast from 7:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. on Nassau day, with lunch then during the hours of 11:45 until 2:15. Flo's Cafe offers breakfast and lunch selections throughout the morning and afternoon as well. Enchanted Garden is usually open from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m for breakfast. Royal Palace is typically open for breakfast from 8 until 9:30 and then for lunch from noon until 1:30 p.m. on Nassau day. Don't forget that the complimentary room service menu is available 24 hours a day too! For adults, Palo offers a fabulous brunch that you'll need to pre-book if you would like to enjoy because it's very popular!
Activities vary by sailing, but you can count on the Buena Vista Theatre showing Disney movies, many first run, throughout the day at Nassau. The Youth Clubs will be open with fun events for the kids on their own, and some open house hours when all guests can join in on the Youth Club fun. Crafts, Chip-It Golf, Animation drawing lessons, character dance parties, trivia, Bingo, and music are all happening around the ship while in Nassau too. Don't forget that the pool deck is always bustling with the AquaDuck and pools for family fun. And Nassau day is a great day to take part in the
Midship Detective Agency if you're not leaving the ship! Don't worry, Jennifer, there is plenty to keep you entertained if you choose to stay onboard while in Nassau!
Happy planning!
