    Hi, on our next trip we want to dine at Animal Kingdom Lodge. I cannot eat anything spicy, and usually manage to find simple (but very tasty!) food on most menus. Is the food at Boma or Jiko heavily spicy? The menus indicate it is. Thank you!

    Boma and Jiko are two outstanding restaurants, so I can understand wanting to try them out!

    Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to dine at either location. Whenever I have dined at Walt Disney World and had a special a special dining request, I've never been let down. I've also dined at these restaurants with kids who weren't the most adventerous eaters - and we all really enjoyed it! There really are dishes to please just about everyone!

    If you decide to try them out, I'd just mention to your dining staff what you preferences are and I'm sure they point you in the right direction.
