Hi Moms! Next time we go to WDW my DD10, wil be an adult on DDP. She is a picky eater; I'm concerned she may find it hard to choose from adult menu choices. Will Disney accommodate this prob? Any suggestions for having a pleasant dining experience?

Hi Cyndi!   Disney's Dining Plan is a great way to save close to 30 % on your meals during your stay at Walt Disney World.  As a mom of two picky eaters, I do share your concern.  For them, couscous isn't something they have eaten or know how to spell!  As is Disney's tradition of amazing customer service, they will definitely work with you on serving your daughter something that she is willing to eat.  At California Grille, they allowed both my children to choose an appetizer as their main course, and made sure that is was entree sized.  They have substituted french fries for scalloped potatoes and grilled chicken breast in lieu of stuffed chicken.

My best recommendation to you is to allow your daughter to try anything.  Who knew my kid would love asparagus or creme brulee had he not tried them with the dining plan.  Also, talk to your server.  They are extremely helpful in creating a great dining experience and tweaking the menu to suite what may be your daughters palate.

Hope this helps you have a wonderful dining experience!

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
