Magic Key family! How exciting to see that you were able to secure a Magic Key because they went faster than the White Rabbit running late to his very important date! I hope the
tips I shared were helpful in that process. Now that you're a Magic Key holder, you'll unlock many
benefits and discounts, can't wait for you to experience every bit!
As a California resident, you were able to make monthly payments for your pass. At the time of purchase, you agreed to the
terms and conditions outlined in the payment plan. The contract should have been sent to your email linked to the
Disney account that purchased the pass(es). Be sure to check your spam or junk folders as well, just in case. On that first page of the contract, it will list your payment schedule, outlining the monthly debit amount and payment dates. Unfortunately, you are unable to make changes to your monthly payment date. Additionally, the payment method used for the initial purchase is the one that
Disneyland Resort has on file for recurring payments. Please note this is not connected to your default payment method for your Disney account. If you need to change the payment method you must do so by contacting the
Magic Key Holder hotline.
