When does the next graduating class merchandise get released? If I'm going at the end of the year will there be class of 2022 items available by then?

Hello there, Michael! Greetings from everyone here at planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and ask your wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

I’ve said it many times before and I will continue to say it! I personally believe that the best way to celebrate any occasion is by visiting Walt Disney World Resort! This, of course, includes the momentous occasion of graduating!

Typically, graduation merchandise is released around the end of March through May. I have seen some “out-of-season” merchandise during my trips but it is relatively rare to find graduation items at Walt Disney World Resort towards the end of the year. That being said, you can purchase many of the graduation items online through the shopDisney website! Currently, there are quite a few items for the Class of 2021 available on this website. I do recommend making your selections as soon as possible, though, since these items are limited and can sell out relatively quickly!

This is actually how I acquired my own Mickey Mouse Ear Graduation Cap when I finished my graduate program! Since we had a visit planned for October of that year, I went ahead and purchased the items I wanted. Then, during our trip, I was able to have my Mickey Mouse Ear Graduation Cap monogrammed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! This was such an amazing keepsake that I still have to this day that reminds me of my accomplishments and the wonderful memories I’ve had the pleasure of making!

If you are interested in capturing your graduation spirit during your upcoming visit, you can also book a Capture Your Moment photo session at the Magic Kingdom! This personalized 20-minute photo session is perfect for those wanting to commemorate special events with the beauty of the Magic Kingdom as their backdrop!

I hope you have a wonderful time visiting Walt Disney World Resort later this year! Be sure to let us know if we can answer any more questions for you as well!
