On my next disney trip I'm planing on visiting other things in the area while still staying in a disney resort . I was wondering if the disney dining plan was for each day you have park tickets or for your time in the hotel

    Hi Halle,

The Disney Dining Plan must be purchased based on the number of NIGHTS of your hotel stay.

The good news for someone like you is that there is a huge amount of flexibility in the way you use your dining plan credits. For example, if you won't be near WDW during lunch time, you can use a table service credit for breakfast at a resort, even a character meal. Or if you'll spend an entire day away from WDW, you can use two table service credits for a gourmet signature meal one evening.

We're happy to give you more ideas about creative ways to use Disney Dining Plan credits. Just let us know what you need.
