The most regal of greetings to you, Sir Bryan! I see you're planning a
Walt Disney World Resort visit in the spring, and you have a young prince or princess who would enjoy the royal treatment at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Let's look at some options for experiencing this
Enchanting Extra.
I spoke to a Fairy Godmother Cast Member who said the realm is still awaiting a proclamation about reopening the boutiques at
Disney Springs and
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Currently, the only boutique booking magical makeovers is the one at
Magic Kingdom Park. I suggest watching the website and the
Disney Parks Blog for announcements.
If you're planning a day at
Magic Kingdom Park, you can
book an appointment at the boutique 60 days before you arrive, and I'd suggest trying early and often that day. This popular salon will fill up faster than the moat around the castle! And if you cannot secure a spot, my tip is to keep checking as your trip approaches. Guests' plans change all the time.
If you're not planning to visit Magic Kingdom Park, I have another suggestion for some pint-sized pampering. The
Grand Floridian Spa offers several options for guests ages five and older. Although services are subject to availability, you can often book a simple braid, a manicure and pedicure, and even a Magical Makeover, which will recreate Disney princess hairstyles. You can book appointments at the spa online or on the phone 60 days in advance. You can follow the links on the Disney website or call (407) 824-3039 for more information.
Bryan, I hope your springtime visit is fit for a king! I'm sprinkling pixie dust and bobby pins so your family has an enchanting visit. Please
stop by planDisney anytime. I'll have a royal scepter waiting!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
